This panel is called the Bypass Switch and Indicator Panel, Arresting Gear Sheave Up. It consists of toggle switches and indicator lights mounted on the flat cover of an 8 x 10 x 5" brass enclosure per MIL-E-24142/6-001. Adjustable rheostats are provided internally for controlling the intensity of the illumination. Terminal blocks are provided for connection to ships cable. This is in accordance with NAVAIR Drawing 617488, Part Number 617488-19. NSN is unknown, if assigned. This panel is normally mounted within a larger panel, NAVAIR Part Number 624075-1, Arresting Gear Officer Deck Edge Control Station, which we also manufacture.
